# Privacy Policy — Quick Loans - Cash Loan Calc

This Privacy Policy explains how **Quick Loans - Cash Loan Calc** ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App. Quick Loans is an **educational loan-guidance app**. It does not lend money, broker loans, or provide financial services of any kind — it does not connect to bank accounts, does not process payments, and does not collect loan applications.

## 1. Information We Do Not Collect
We want to be upfront about what the App does **not** do:
- We do **not** require account creation, sign-up, or login.
- We do **not** collect your name, phone number, email address, government ID, or any financial account details.
- We do **not** collect bank statements, salary slips, credit reports, or any documents.
- We do **not** transmit the answers you give in the in-app questionnaire (loan purpose, income bracket, employment type, credit-score range) to any server. These answers are used only **on your device**, in memory, to show you relevant educational guidance, and are cleared when you close or reset the App.
- We do **not** sell personal information, because we do not collect personal information in the first place.

## 3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
We currently plan to integrate **Google AdMob** to display advertisements in the App in a future update. Once enabled:
- AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as your advertising ID), general device information, and approximate location to serve and measure ads.
- AdMob may use this information to show ads that are more relevant to you, subject to your device's ad-tracking permission settings.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings (e.g. "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
- Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and their AdMob/Ad partner terms.
We do not control what data AdMob's SDK collects beyond what Google discloses in its own policies; we recommend reviewing Google's policy above for full detail. When ads are actually enabled in a future release, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the update date at the top of this document will change.
## 4. Third-Party Services
Aside from the Google AdMob integration described above (not yet live), the App does not currently share data with any third-party analytics, marketing, or data-broker services.
## 5. Data Storage & Security
All questionnaire answers, calculator inputs, and preferences (such as light/dark theme) are stored **locally on your device only**, using in-memory app state. Nothing is uploaded to a remote server by us. If you uninstall the App, this on-device data is removed.
## 6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general adult audience seeking educational information about loans. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.
## 7. Your Rights
Because the App does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. Where applicable data-protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) grant you rights over information processed by third parties like Google AdMob, you can exercise those rights directly with Google via the link in Section 3, or by adjusting your device's ad and privacy settings.
## 8. No Financial Advice or Services
Quick Loans - Cash Loan Calc provides general educational content and illustrative calculators only. It is **not** a lender, broker, bank, or financial advisor, and nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice, or an offer of credit. All interest rates and figures shown in the App are simplified, illustrative examples and are capped at a maximum of 12% for demonstration purposes — always confirm real terms directly with a licensed lender before making any borrowing decision.
## 9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we introduce features such as advertising. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
